RENFE metre gauge EMU 442 004 at Cotos after arrival from Cercedilla. It was very cold here so a coffee was obtained from the station buffet. Cotos (sometimes known as Los Cotos) is at 1820 metres above sea level (climbing 670 metres from Cercedilla in 18 km by adhesion working only) and in winter is a popular ski resort.
