With the railtour coaches left behind at Veles, Greek State Railways (OSE) provided a train to get us from Gevgelija to our overnight stop in Thessaloniki. OSE diesel locomotive A506 was provided on the front: this would be on the rear after a reversal at Axios. Arrival in Thessaloniki was at 01:03, 4 hours 36 minutes late.....
