A view over the suburban (Cercanías) platforms at Madrid Atocha, the main station on the south side of Madrid. All these tracks are broad gauge and 3000 V dc. As well as the Cercanías services, any broad gauge main line (Medium or Long Distance) trains use this part of the station.
