New Stadler unit 777010 on display to the public at Birkenhead North station. Side view with the doors open and the step "out". Note the green lighting around the doorway, which indicates that the door is safe to use. Before the door closes, a "hustle" alarm sounds and the lighting changes to flashing red. When the door is released for use, but still closed, the lighting is white. When the door is closed and locked, the lighting is off.
