Looking north-westwards from the wharfside at Ellesmere Port along the Manchester Ship Canal towards Eastham locks. The nearer two ships are moored, the further one is the "Rosi" en route from Malta to Runcorn. To the left is the entrance and lock into the Shropshire Union Canal.
