Looking northwards at the site of Killamarsh Junction (b on map). To the left runs the course of the MS&LR/GCR London extension main line towards Beighton and Sheffield Victoria (D on map); to the right is the GCR's "Waleswood Curve" (G on map). The footpath heads straight on but does not follow a former railway alignment here.
