Looking northwards out of the northern portal of the 378 yd (346 m) Church St tunnel, just north of Ashbourne station. Beyond can be seen the Mappleton Lane car park for the Tissington Trail. Here there is a cycle hire shop, a kiosk for snacks, and toilets.
