Looking south-eastwards along Bellhouse lane towards Walton and Moore, this bridge carries both the Crewe - Warrington and Chester - Warrington lines and was built as part of Railway Deviations No.1 and No.2 in 1893. The two routes converge just to the right, and they are connected at Acton Grange Jn which is just to the left. Just visible in the distance are the slight humps in the road where it crossed the original pre-1893 alignments of the two lines.
