Seen looking eastwards from Moore Lane swing bridge, the high girder bridges of Railway Deviations Nos.1 and 2, now the West Coast Main Line and the Helsby Lines, can be seen crossing the Manchester Ship Canal. Beyond is the A5060 Chester Road swing bridge in Lower Walton.
